ExoE Facial

ExoE Facial

The EXO|E Facial at The Longevity Center FL is an advanced skin revitalization system that incorporates plant-derived exosomes, liposomes, peptides, and growth factors to support the skin’s natural repair and renewal processes. Supervised by Dr. Benjamin Kosubevsky, with advanced training in Osteopathic, Regenerative, and Integrative Medicine, this three-phase protocol is available to patients in West Palm Beach and across South Florida as a standalone aesthetic service or as a complement to microneedling, laser resurfacing, or other skin procedures already offered at our clinic.

Exosomes are nanoscale extracellular vesicles that facilitate cell-to-cell communication throughout the body. They carry bioactive molecules—including proteins, lipids, and signaling factors—that influence how recipient cells behave. The study of exosomes has expanded rapidly in the peer-reviewed literature, with major reviews published in Science (Kalluri & LeBleu, 2020), Nature Reviews Molecular Cell Biology (van Niel et al., 2018), and Annual Review of Biochemistry (Pegtel & Gould, 2019). While much of this research is focused on exosome biology generally, the application of exosome-based products in aesthetic and dermatological settings represents an emerging area of clinical interest.

Important Regulatory Notice

The EXO|E system is a topical skin care product containing plant-derived stem cell secretory factors, including exosomes, liposomes, peptides, and growth factors. It has NOT been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a drug or medical device for any specific therapeutic indication. Exosome-based aesthetic products are an emerging category; clinical evidence specific to plant-derived exosome formulations in dermatological applications is still developing. Results vary by individual and are influenced by skin type, condition, and the procedures with which the product is combined. No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed. This service is not a substitute for evaluation by your dermatologist or primary care physician.

How the EXO|E Protocol Works

The EXO|E Facial is structured as a three-phase system designed to prepare the skin before treatment, deliver concentrated bioactive factors during the procedure, and reinforce the skin’s repair processes in the days following.

Phase 1: D|TOX (Pre-Treatment Preparation)

Beginning five days before your aesthetic procedure, D|TOX is applied topically twice daily to prepare the skin’s surface. This preparatory phase is designed to support the skin’s hydration and create an environment conducive to the cellular signaling processes that follow.

Phase 2: EXO|E (Treatment Day Application)

On the day of your procedure, the EXO|E serum—a concentrated formulation of plant-derived exosomes, liposomes, peptides, and growth factors—is applied to the skin prior to the start of your aesthetic treatment. When combined with procedures that create controlled microchannels in the skin (such as microneedling), this application is designed to facilitate deeper delivery of the bioactive components into the dermal layers.

Phase 3: RE|PAIR (Post-Treatment Support)

Following the procedure, RE|PAIR is applied twice daily for five days. This phase is intended to reinforce the skin’s post-treatment recovery by continuing to deliver exosomes, liposomes, and stem cell factors to the treated area. The goal is to support the natural healing cascade, potentially reducing recovery time and supporting the quality of the skin’s renewal response.

The Science of Exosomes in Skin Biology

Exosomes have been extensively characterized in the scientific literature as key mediators of intercellular communication. They carry cargo—including growth factors, cytokines, mRNA, and microRNA—that can influence the behavior of recipient cells, including fibroblasts and keratinocytes in the skin. Published research has described the potential of exosome-mediated signaling to influence tissue repair, collagen synthesis, and inflammatory modulation (El Andaloussi et al., Nature Reviews Drug Discovery, 2013; Théry et al., Journal of Extracellular Vesicles, 2018).

It is important to note that much of the published exosome research has been conducted in laboratory and preclinical settings, and the translation of these findings to topical aesthetic applications is still evolving. The EXO|E system uses plant-derived stem cell secretory factors rather than human-derived exosomes, which represents a distinct product category with its own developing evidence base.

When the ExoE Facial May Be Used

As a Complement to Microneedling

The EXO|E protocol may be paired with microneedling treatments (such as those already offered at The Longevity Center FL via PRP Facials with Microneedling) to support the skin’s response to the controlled micro-injury created during the procedure.

As a Standalone Skin Revitalization Service

The EXO|E system may also be offered as a standalone aesthetic treatment for patients seeking a topical exosome-based approach to skin renewal without a combined procedure.

Who May Be Interested

Patients Seeking Enhanced Recovery from Aesthetic Procedures

For those who are already scheduling microneedling, laser resurfacing, or chemical peels and want to explore whether adding an exosome-based protocol may support their skin’s recovery and renewal process.

Individuals Interested in Regenerative Aesthetics

For patients drawn to the concept of using bioactive signaling factors—rather than synthetic fillers or toxins alone—to support skin health and appearance.

Those with Concerns About Skin Texture, Tone, or Early Signs of Aging

For individuals who want to explore emerging approaches to supporting collagen production, hydration, and overall skin vitality as part of their aesthetic wellness plan.

Patients Already Engaged in Regenerative Care at LCFL

For those who are already receiving PRP facials, regenerative injections, or other integrative services at The Longevity Center FL and want to add an exosome-based aesthetic component to their care.

Why Choose Dr. Kosubevsky?

Dr. Benjamin Kosubevsky combines conventional medical training with advanced experience in integrative, regenerative, and osteopathic medicine. For patients interested in the ExoE Facial, Dr. Kosubevsky provides:

  • Physician-Supervised Aesthetic Care: The ExoE Facial is administered within a medical clinic under physician oversight—not in an unsupervised spa setting. This ensures appropriate candidate selection and clinical integration with any accompanying procedures.
  • Transparent Communication About Emerging Products: Dr. Kosubevsky will discuss what the exosome literature supports, where the evidence is still developing, and how the EXO|E protocol fits—or does not fit—within your specific skin care goals.
  • Integration with Your Broader Aesthetic Plan: The ExoE Facial is not offered as an isolated treatment. It is considered in the context of your existing aesthetic services, skin type, and clinical goals to determine whether the addition of an exosome-based protocol is appropriate.

Advanced Skin Revitalization Grounded in Emerging Science

The ExoE Facial at The Longevity Center FL brings plant-derived exosome technology into your aesthetic care under physician supervision. Whether used alongside microneedling, laser resurfacing, or as a standalone service, this protocol offers an emerging approach to supporting your skin’s natural repair and renewal processes.
